Edenbridge Accident Repair Centre (EARC) can provide a complete solution to all your motor accident claims with a ‘One Call for All’ service.
The aim of which is to take away the effort from your admin staff and minimise the disruption to your production staff, help to control costs and minimise your claims experience.
From that initial call to the FREEPHONE first response number, EARC will:
Arrange 24hr roadside recovery anywhere in the UK (mainland)
Record driver details required for setting up an insurance claim
Arrange a courtesy van or car within 24hrs
Arrange for the vehicle to be collected and repaired by EARC
Arrange for your own or third party insurers to inspect and authorise repairs
Arrange for the repaired vehicle to be re-delivered to the driver
EARC takes that first call from the driver and will also approach innocent third parties on a client’s behalf to offer in house repair services. This allows the opportunity to settle simple damage claims without making contact with insurance companies.
Be assured, by using us you will be upholding your duty of care to your staff to ensure your vehicle fleet will be repaired to the highest standard available in the UK. We now currently hold:- British Standards institute PAS 125:2007. Vehicle Body Repair Specification.
EARC will keep the insurance broker informed at all times of the claims handled on a company’s behalf.
All drivers will be provided with an Emergency Accident Assistance card and convenient card holder.
