Turning your claims department into a valuable revenue stream

EARC offers insurance broker clients a comprehensive service dealing with as much or a little of the claims administration and management, to fall in line with the broker’s own particular business.

EARC:

  • Takes notification either direct from the clients, via the 24hr first response line, or via the broker

  • Submits the claim to the clients own insurer on a fault claim or deal direct with third party insurers on a non-fault claim

  • Provides a complete repair service including collection and delivery from home/work address anywhere in the UK

  • Provides a replacement car or light commercial up to 3.5 ton free of charge on every repair including FAULT claims

  • Will pay a referral fee for business (terms & conditions apply) turning your claims department into a valuable revenue stream

The EARC service works particularly well for commercial customers with fleets of cars or light commercial vehicles, for two reasons:

  • insurers own provision for fleet customers would allow only a class 'A' courtesy car which is inappropriate

  • by diverting non-fault claims direct to the third party insurers thus minimising the clients accident frequency and claims experience.
